• An e-book of The Beatles' "yellow submarine" film is being given away free on the iTunes store. It includes clips from the film and animations.
• Poly Stryrene, who died earlier in the year, is remembered by Boy George.
• We're big fans of Dufflecoat Records and their stream of C86 single awesomeness but now they have released their first long player and its ambitious... A twenty track CD album no less of Trembling Blue Stars tracks covered by a host of bands. This season's must have hep-cats.
• As a confirmed Legoist there is no way i could resist this... the big events of 2011 in Lego.
