The Field Mice are still one of the Sarah bands whom people most fondly remember and when you take a look at their discography you can easily see why. This EP for example contains a number of fabulous C86 tunes ranging from the melancholic instrumental "Holland Street" to the slow beautiful title track with its melody that builds and builds.
Best track (for me anyway as its one of my favourite Field Mice songs) is "Quicksilver". Again a simple and hauntingly beautiful pop moment. In fact so many eternal pop moments packed into one slab of vinyl its almost beyond belief. They don't make 'em like this anymore.
